Course Description
This course will lay a foundation for students to assess their birth order beliefs, and change those beliefs to become more successful in all aspects of their lives.
Classes include:
- Dispelling the myths of Birth Order significance
- Famous middle children and the middle child syndrome
- Romance, Personality and Intelligence-does birth order have anything to do with it?
- Overcoming negative beliefs about birth order
- Self coaching for a better tomorrow
Students should expect to learn the difference between actual scientific data, its limitations, and their own belief systems. Students will be challenged to change their thinking to overcome childhood rivalries and make necessary changes for a better and more successful future.
This course is designed to illustrate the significance of birth order in childhood and its lack of bearing in later life. Although this may be difficult for some "middle children" to comprehend, the proof is in the research.
Certificates will be issued for Outstanding Achievement, Participation, Merit, Attendance, and Academic Excellence. A letter of reference will be offered to students who excel in the class.
Course Requirements
Students will be expected to read the lessons, answer the questions, take tests and a final exam. All the information will be inclusive of the lessons, no other reading material will be necessary.
Course Goals
The goal of this course is to assist students in understanding that birth order, although capable of influencing childhood, does not have to mold who we are as adults. Students will learn techniques in self-coaching to adjust attitude and reclaim their lives aside from familial upbringing and birth order.
Course Materials
All materials are included in the text offered and the links provided. Students do not need to purchase any other materials.
