Learn Online: Astrology I Syllabus: Astrology I Course Description
This exciting course will help you to create a natal chart and interpret it. It gives a comprehensive introduction to astrological principles and foundations: the signs (energies, elements, part of body they rule, issues), the planets (powers, influences, energies, effects, what they rule), the houses (their dominions, issues, focuses). From there, it moves to the major, profound and lesser aspects of chart interpretation: squares, trines, conjunctions, oppositions, grande trines, grande squares, grande crosses, semi-square, quincunxes, sextiles, semi-sextiles, orbs, midheavens, imum coeli, descendants. And it will introduce you to esoteric fixed stars and the Arabian parts. You will see sample charts, be given netlinks that will generate quality charts you can print off, download the Swiss Ephemeris, get a complete list of fixed stars and the formulas for calculating the Arabian Parts. You will learn the significance of chart components including glyphs, degrees, house rulers, angles and more. By the time you have completed this course, you will have learned how to produce a precisely calculated and complete birth chart and interpreted not only all the traditional elements of astrology, but introduced some esoteric astrology principles as well. This course is perfect for those interested in astrology and doing charts and interpretations for themselves and others. Course Requirements

Course Materials
There are no required materials for this course. An Ephemeris is highly recommended.
Grading Policy
This is not a graded course. You must complete all lessons and their components with a score of 70% or better to pass the course.
