Course participants will learn the most recent Details of the (HIPAA legislation) Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act passed by congress. This course will simplify the administrative components of the act. Subjects covered include history and implementation requirements. This interpretation of HIPAA regulations is taught in plain English.

The most recent HIPAA regulations are reviewed including but not limited to:

* Privacy Standards

* Security Standards

* Uniform Identifier Standards

* Transaction and Code Set Standards

The information will assist medical providers, insurance carrier professionals understand mandated regulations so that they may be in Compliance.

All course materials maybe downloaded via email or from the web site. The average individual will finish the training with in 3 hours. You may work at your own pace. You may purchase a certificate of participation. Second participate from the same office must enroll at the same time to receive a discount.70% correct or better on all examinations require.
