Course Description
QiGong, (pronounced "Chee Gung")comes from the word "Qi" meaning Energy and "Gong" meaning concentrated work. Loosely translated, QiGong is "Concentrated Energy Work". The practice of QiGong has long been known for its restorative health benefits, toning the immune system, and building balance and stamina in the body. This particular course will involve the 8 movements of Pal Dan Gum. This set of 8 easy to use movements will help to strengthen your body as a whole. Students will see improvements in their posture alignments (back pains will diminish), Flexibility will increase (you may actually touch your toes!), and your stamina will be increased. Students of QiGong enjoy higher energy levels and stamina.
QiGong will help with physical problems such as stress, digestion, cardiovascular, and will help to alleviate insomnia.
QiGong also has benefits for the mental problems that plague us such as a positive attitude towards life and living. As a student of QiGong you will learn to cultivate concentration and improve mental clarity. QiGong will help keep your mind sharp and focused!

This course is self paced and meant to be taken slowly so that there is no rush in finishing this course quickly. In fact, this course will reap you more benefits if you can master one lesson first, before moving on to the next lesson. Do not rush through the lessons and assignments.
