Syllabus: So You Want to Become a Vegetarian?

Course Description

Becoming a vegetarian is serious business. Before starting you should know what vegetarianism means, why you want to become one and how to become one. These are only three of the many questions you need to find answers to before deciding to change your eating habits. In So You Want To Become A Vegetarian, you will learn (1) the importance of giving yourself time to really assimilate vegetarianism , (2) the different types of vegetarians that exist, (3) how and where to get more knowledge, (4) and finally how to interact with non-vegetarians.

Course Requirements

The only requirement for this class is wanting to know what being a vegetarian is all about. This is a class for you if you are a new vegetarian or simply thinking about becoming one.

"So You Want To Become a Vegetarian?" is also a worthwhile class for parents who want to know more about it because their child has decided to stop eating meat.

Course Goals

When a person decides to become a vegetarian his/her entire life-style changes. The goal of the seven lessons found in "So You Want To Become A Vegetarian" is to help the new vegetarian understand what it is all about.
