Course Description
This class is for those who are interested in learning ways to reduce their risks of being targeted for crime, and ways to help survive a crime if you are targeted.
With crime on the rise throughout most areas of the world, we must ask ourselves what we can do to be safer. This class will give you some information that you can use to make yourself and your family safer. It will allow you to understand how you can incorporate psychological, physical, and environmental tools to reduce your risks, and to help you survive an attack if you are approached. You will learn to change the very way that you appear to the criminal to help you to be a less desired target.
There are no physical or age requirements needed for this course. Some of the evasive techniques taught may be adapted to your individual ability. I will happily give individualized assistance to you to gain as much as you can from this class. Email me at anytime during the class, and we will individualize your plan and help you to know what might work best for you.
Don't continue to allow the criminal the advantage over you just because he knows what and who to target. Learn some secrets that give you this information, and the ability to avoid being targeted for a crime. After completing this course, you will have a personalized safety plan, and a good understanding of ways to avoid or survive attacks. You will no longer be an uninformed victim, but someone who is given much of the same tips as police officers receive in their training.
If you are a women living alone, with children, go to malls, go to grocery stores, travel frequently, and/or live in a neighborhood that has a lot of crime; this class is for you. This will also benefit those who do not feel they are at high risk of becoming a victim, but would like to educate themselves or their children in ways to be safer.
Course Requirements
This course will require dedication to the practice exercises, and a good sense of humor. There are no physical requirements, since these techniques may be adapted to the individual's personal abilities.

Course Goals
The goal of this course is to provide a women with the information she needs to decrease victim mentality, become more aware of threats, and learn some ways she can lesson risks, as well as some suggestions for handling threats.
This is not a course that will teach martial arts, nor is it created to encourage women to take unnecessary risks. It is, instead, a course designed to arm the women with information that can help decrease her chances of becoming a victm of crime, and improve her chances should she find herself in this position.
Course Materials
This course has no other purchases necessary. I will be posting websites and recommended readings with the lessons. All information you need to be able to complete this course is included.
You will need a composition book or notebook.
Grading Policy
This class is graded on a percentile scale from 0 to 100%. Your assignments, exams, projects, and participation in forums and emails will all count towards your final score. 70% is passing.
