Grading Policy
A total of 6 assignments are given in the course. At the conclusion of each assignment a student will be given a 10 question test (mostly multiple choice and some fill in the blanks). Tests are graded as Pass/Fail based on 100 point scale (typically 10 points for each questions). Answer key is provided and student has opportunity to retake test.

About the Instructor- Ed Ross
Ed Ross speaks across the nation teaching property owners, buyers, sellers all they need to know about a real estate down cycle. Ross shares to thousands each month his strategies and techniques that helped him achieve financial freedom at an early age. The bulk of his investments were made during a cyclical slow down in real estate in the early 1990's. His material was written to permit any property owner, buyer and seller a method of succeeding regardless of the market trend.
