Course Description
This is a basic step by step guide for the novice, or first time, landlord of residential rental properties. The course content covers everything from selecting a rental property to avoiding common pitfalls to acquiring your next property. It is presented in an easy to understand, step by step format, that guides students all the way. Course Requirements
The basic course requirement for 'Becoming a Landlord' is a desire to learn the ins and outs of being a landlord for residential rental property. There is no outside textbook, but there are assignments that require the ability to locate materials on the internet. Some internet research knowledge or experience is helpful.

There are no grades in this course, as I suspect anyone that enrolls is a self-motivated learner. I will, however, prompt students via e-mail if they have been active for a prolonged period of time. I encourage interaction within the class.
