Course Description
There are eleven key principals to getting and staying healthy. I will walk you through each of these principals and tell you why and how they will increase your health. You will learn the science behind these principals. For many of us, as we get older our health will decline. There are steps that you can take, no matter what you age or how your current health is, to prevent this from happening. By making just a few small changes, you can begin to enjoy a healthier you now.
Course Requirements
There are no prerequisites for this course. All information that you will need will be provided.
Course Goals
To take an active interest your health. To understand the basic principals for a healthy body and to employ these principals to better achieve total health and wellness. Understand that good health starts with prevention and moderation.

Grading Policy
For the purpose of this course the grading policy will be: 90-100 A
80-89 B
70-79 C
69 and below Fail Ultimately everybody copes with life in their own way. Therefore there can be no grade on how you handle your process.
