Course Requirements

Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 software and Basic working knowledge of computers are the main requirements for this course. You don't need to have any prior knowledge of Outlook.

This lesson being an introductory lesson, describes the parts and the functions of the Outlook screen.

2. Navigation Pane Options and Drop-Down Menus

This lesson will teach you about the Navigation Pane Options and the things you should know about Drop-Down Menus.

4. Outlook E-Mail Configurations - Part I
